Courses I teach at Centennial College. Where a course has practice tools built for it, they are open to students enrolled that term.
Teaching
- BUSN 350Business Ethics Ethical theory from antiquity to the present, put to work on decisions a manager actually faces. The spine of the term is a dispute still before the courts: whether training artificial intelligence on creators’ work is fair.
- MKTG 274Strategic Customer Journeys and Experience Design Mapping each stage of a customer journey, building personas, and designing the touchpoints where engagement is won or lost.
- MKTG 275AI and Digital Marketing Strategies How organizations use AI to read consumer behaviour, predict trends, and hold a journey together across digital and physical touchpoints.
- MKTG 712Online Advertising and Programmatic Trading Online advertising across mobile and desktop, programmatic bidding for inventory, and the industry’s own problems: click fraud, viewability, ad blockers. Carries Google and Meta certification along the way.
- MKTG 713Search Engine & Performance Marketing Search optimization, bidding for placement in results, and email and affiliate programs, all tuned on real-time performance data. Now carries the question of how a brand gets cited by an AI answer, not just ranked by a search engine.
- MKTG 729Web & Conversion Analytics Web, mobile and social analytics in Google Analytics, and turning that data into decisions a business can act on.
